Space, Prices and Outline Conditions

We are currently offering the 80 Sq/ft unit that's 10 x 8 feet, the 160 Sq/ft unit that's 20 x 8 feet and the 320 Sq/ft unit 40 x 8 feet. These units(160 Sq/ft) are capable of holding the contents of a good sized three bedroom house, including all the appliances and garden furniture. It is also the ideal storage space for the larger builders power tools and equipment. Stock, supplies and large office contents can also be adequately accommodated.
Note: All storage units are either semi-insulated, fully-insulated or air tight and all perform the same function of eliminating any chance of condensation throughout the year.

Outside Storage

In addition we are offering external storage space that's equal to a 20 x 8 ft container (160 sq ft) for £5.00 a week.

Please note that this method of storage does not provide as much security as container held goods and we cannot be held responsibility for any goods stored outside.

Terms and Conditions

Please review the following conditions of use:

• Prices for the units are charged per day. All the above prices are subjected to VAT at the current rate
• Payment can be made by either Cash, Cheque, Credit or Debit Card. Please note that Credit cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge)
• A refundable Bond of £50 must be deposited per unit, to include the use of the container lock with two manufacturer registered keys (the licensee is the sole key holder). The bond is refundable on the return of the lock together with both original keys.
• The minimum hire period is 1 week
• Payment is due on the 1st day of the month. All accounts are payable 1 month in advance. The deposit together with any unused hire is refundable after you move out, providing 7 days written notice is given
• Note that payment in arrears will be charged at double the daily rates shown above
• Two forms of ID are required, confirming your address and signature. For example a passport, driving licence, utility bill, credit card etc. In addition an emergency contact name and number are required
• The licensee is solely responsible for the insurance of contents whilst they are in store
• Under no circumstances are flammable, explosive or hazardous materials allowed to be stored on site
• To ensure no risk of condensation in the winter months all goods must initially be stored dry
